Tecnoenergia is a non profit consortium stock company founded in 2001, whose main shareholder is Energetic Source S.p.A, which owns 94% of its share capital.

Tecnoenergia, which was founded in order to become an instrument to create value added to the companies through consulting and services in the energetic sector, in a short time and thanks to the liberalization of the market became one of the major national cooperatives.

The development of the activity of the cooperative was carried on in order to consolidate its presence in the North of Italy, achieving 150 partner companies for a total volume of 700 GWh.
